Process
There is often anarchic behavior caused by social organizations or groups
acting on behalf of the Islam religion so that the values of Islamic teachings are
increasingly becoming blurred in the eyes of the world, starting from acts of terrorism
to violence in the name of religion causing people further and further interested in
studying Islam, which is in essence Islamic teachings are teachings that are merciful
to all creatures. Al-Fath Islamic Boarding School Cilegon is one of the Islamic
boarding schools that seeks to maintain the values of Islamic teachings in accordance
with Ahlus Sunnah Waljamaah by integrating moderate Islamic values into all forms
of activities and daily life in the Islamic boarding school. so, it is hoped that graduates
are expected to become young people who can maintain Aqidah ahlus sunnah
waljamaah.
The method used is qualitative with a case study approach, in obtaining valid
data the researcher uses primary data (interviews, observations) and secondary data
(documentation, data analysis & data checking).
The results of the research conducted by the researcher show that there are
three stages in the learning process of moderate of Islamic religious education at the
Al-fath Islamic Boarding School: 1) the planning stage includes the determination of
the semester program and Annual program, syllabus, 2) the implementation stage
where there are main activities, extracurricular activities and incidental activities and
3) Evaluation stage which refers to three aspects of assessment; cognitive, affective,
and psychomotor in the form of reward or Punishment. While in carrying out the
learning process there are several supporting factors such as: Geographical location of
the cottage, facilities and infrastructure & competent human resources (HR)., a
conducive environment. Inhibiting factors: limited human resources (HR) and time,
lack of provision or literacy about Moderate Islam, lack of reasoning skills and critical
thinking for some students.
